Easy Dark Chocolate & Biscoff Layered Fudge

I don’t make fudge very often. There’s only one real explanation. It’s so dang good. I can’t stop after one piece. So I usually only make it around the holidays as a special treat.

Several months back a friend told me about Biscoff. She said if I liked Nutella most surely I would like Biscoff. It was the first I’d hear of it. So I hunted it down at the store.

Surely it was good. But I wanted to do something fun with it. I didn’t just want to eat it plain. And because we all know what a chocolate lover I am…. It got paired with rich chocolate and layered into sweet fudge. There couldn’t be a better combo than with chocolate in my opinion.

I thought it turned out perfectly sweet and delicious. Perfect for the holidays. I’m just giving you a head start.

Easy Dark Chocolate & Biscoff Layered Fudge
 

Ingredients
Dark chocolate layer:
  • 7 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • ½ tsp vanilla
Biscoff layer
  • 4 Tbsp butter
  • ½ cup biscoff spread
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 7 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla

Instructions
  1. Line a 8 x 8 square pan with foil overlapping edges. Butter lightly.
  2. In a small saucepan over very low heat combine sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips. Stir together and heat until melted. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
  3. Pour or spoon into square pan. Chill for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, over low heat combine butter and cookie butter (biscoff spread) in a small sauce pan. Stir and heat until melted. Add sweetened condensed milk. Remove from heat. Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla.
  5. Pour over slightly hardened dark chocolate layer. Spread evenly. Chill for another 2 hours.
  6. Lift from pan. Cut into 1 inch pieces. Keep refrigerated.

    • Most likely you’ll find it near the peanut butters. Hope you get a chance to try it for the holidays. It’s the only time of year I make fudge because I can’t keep away from it. :)
